Rufus C. Morgan

Rufus C. was born in 1848 in , , Tennessee.  Rufus C.'s father was Sinoah Morgan and his mother was Martha F.. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Milton, William T., Pleasant B., Gideon H., Elia F., Minerva M., Martha A. and Rosannah.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.
