Joseph Mooney

Joseph was born in 1874 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  Joseph's father was William Mooney and his mother was Elizabeth Ferris.  His paternal grandfather was William Mooney; his maternal grandparents were Peter Ferris and Anna. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Luther, Charles, Victoria and Mary Jane.  He was the second oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named George, Darthula and Mary Or Polly.  He died at the age of 80 in 1954.
