James Russell Miller 
James Russell was born on January 7th, 1816 in Hawkins, Tennessee. James Russell's father was John Miller and his mother was Cynthia Charles. His paternal grandparents were Peter Miller and Sibyl Pitzer; his maternal grandparents were James J. Charles and Tabitha Senter. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, Oliver C., Jacob Eastman, Charles Pitzer, Sybil Adelaide, Mary and Tabitha C.. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on July 17th, 1891 in Hawkins, Tennessee.-
