Emeline Martin 
Emeline was born in 1844 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Emeline's father was Aaron Martin and her mother was Sarah. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Martin and Elizabeth. She had three brothers and two sisters, named George, Ambrose, Anderson, Jane and Minerva. She was the third youngest of the six children.
