Pitser Lyons 
Pitser was born in 1826 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Pitser's father was William Lyons and his mother was Matilda Maxwell. His maternal grandparents were George Maxwell and Sarah Ann Armstrong. He had two brothers and two sisters, named David, Clinton, Sarah Ann and Matilda. He was the second youngest of the five children.-
