George M. Long

George M. was born on December 13th, 1836 in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  George M.'s father was William Long and his mother was Mary Barnett.  His paternal grandparents were John Long and Tabitha Woods; his maternal grandparents were William Barnett and Ball. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Enoch Harrol, Andrew G., Thomas A., John A., Sarah, Mary Matilda and Tabitha.  He died at the age of 16 on December 16th, 1852.
