William Eldridge Lipe

William Eldridge was born on June 24th, 1832 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  William Eldridge's father was William Lipe and his mother was Frances.  His paternal grandparents were Daniel Lipe and Elizabeth. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Daniel F., Rufus, Francis D., George, Robert D., Elizabeth Jane, Mary Ann and Laura.  He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
