Peter's father was Peter Leigh and his mother was Mabel Dalton. His paternal grandparents were Peter Leigh and Margaret Molyneaux; his maternal grandfather was James Dalton. He was an only child. He died on August 11th, 1527 in Lyme, Chester, England.
