Elizabeth Lawson 
Elizabeth was born in August 1785 in , Henry, Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Jacob Lawson and her mother was Polly Or Mary Dodson. Her paternal grandparents were Bartholomew Lawson and Susannah Simkins; her maternal grandfather was Lazarus Dodson. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Bartholomew, Lewis, Lazarus, Reynolds, Russell, Anna, Nancy, Tennessee and Matilda. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 53 in 1838 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.-
