Pheba Kiphart

Pheba was born about 1824 in , , Kentucky. Pheba's father was Henry Kiphart and her mother was Sally Teeters. Her paternal grandfather was Gebhart. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Abraham, Levi, George F., Henry, John M., Jacob, Anna Marian and Mary. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
