David Kinkead 
David was born in 1837 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. David's father was Williams Kinkead and his mother was Nancy Gibbons. His maternal grandfather was John Gibbons. He had a brother and eight sisters, named Williams, Elizabeth, Mary, Nancy L., Susan Adeline, Jane, Ann, Frances and Katherine. He was the third youngest of the ten children.
