Bennett Hill

Bennett was born on December 1st, 1747 in , Bute, NC.  Bennett's father was Green Hill and his mother was Grace Bennett.  His maternal grandparents were William Bennett and Grace. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Henry, Green, William, Hannah, Mary, Sarah, Temperance and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
