James Harris 
James' father was Thomas Harris and his mother was Sarah. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Joseph, Thomas, William, Elizabeth, Mary, Olive, Pheby, Sarah and Ann. He died before 1786 in Of, Edgecombe, NC.
