John Andrew Harkleroad 
John Andrew was born on August 26th, 1855 in , Sullivan, Tennessee. John Andrew's father was Henry Harkleroad and his mother was Emeline Hicks. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Isaac Harkleroad and Rosannah Riley. He had nine brothers and four sisters, named William Henderson, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Landon C., Daniel Miller, Jacob Henry, Henry I., Oscar N., James Isaac, Cordella, Susan Rebecca, Mary Ann and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 87 on October 7th, 1942 in Nr Batesville, Independence, Arkansas.-
