James H. Goff 
James H. was born on September 7th, 1849. James H.'s father was Robert Oliver Goff and his mother was Elizabeth Gardiner. His paternal grandparents were William Goff and Mary Oliver; his maternal grandparents were Philip Gardiner and Dicie. He had five brothers and five sisters, named George Washington, William Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin, Charles A., John Fletcher, Dicie, Amanda Jane, Martha Hannah, Sheba Elizabeth and Cintilla. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 78 on February 16th, 1928.-
