John Curtis Goad 
John Curtis was born in 1919. John Curtis' father was John Curtis Goad and his mother was Ida Light. His paternal grandparents were Nathan Dillard Goad and Elizabeth Hamilton; his maternal grandparents were Lowry Light and Rhoda Light. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Murrell, Willie, Mallie Lee, Ellie, Nellie, Katie Louvenne and Gladys J.. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 54 in 1973.-
