Frank Fisher 
Frank was born in 1862 in , Bourbon, Kentucky. Frank's father was Thomas M. Fisher and his mother was Emaline Barton. His paternal grandparents were James Howard Fisher and Sarah Jane Howard; his maternal grandparents were Abraham Or Abram Barton and Catharine Cumbers. He had a brother and five sisters, named James H., Nancy B., Maude E., Adella, Edna and Lida Lee. He was the oldest of the seven children.-
