Elizabeth was born on January 1st, 1831 in , , Virginia. Elizabeth's father was James Feagins and her mother was Ann Long. Her paternal grandparents were William Feagins and Jane Winstead; her maternal grandparents were John Long and Tabitha Woods. She had six brothers and a sister, named John, William B., Thomas W., James Harve, George Washington, Wilson Or Willis J. and Tabitha. She died at the age of 82 on May 10th, 1913.-
