John Davis

John was born in 1841 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. John's father was William Davis and his mother was Mary Larkin. His paternal grandparents were Hezekiah Davis and Amelia Or Milly Johnson. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Jonathan, Mary, Caroline and Sarah. He was the youngest of the six children.
