Robert was born about 1417 in Maldon, Essex, England. Robert's father was Robert Darcy and his mother was Alice Fitz Langley. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Darcy and Tirrell; his maternal grandfather was Henry Fitz Langley. He was an only child. He died on November 2nd, 1469 in Maldon, Essex, England.
