Almeric was born in 1136. Almeric's father was Fulk V D' Anjou Count and his mother was Melusina Of Jerusalem. His paternal grandparents were Fulk IV D' Anjou Count and Bertrade De Montfort; his maternal grandparents were Baldwin II Of Jerusalem and Morphia Of Melitene. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Geoffrey and Sibyl. He died at the age of 37 in 1173.-
