Thomazine was born about 1414 in Kedleston, Derby, England. Thomazine's father was John Curzon and her mother was Joan Bagott. Her maternal grandparents were John Bagott and Beatrice Villiers. She had a brother and a sister, named Richard and Joan. She was the second oldest of the three children.
