James Monroe Charles 
James Monroe was born on April 9th, 1865 in , White, Tennessee. James Monroe's father was James Charles and his mother was Eliza Templeton. His paternal grandparents were Solomon Charles and Mary P.. He had two brothers and two sisters, named John G., Solomon, Levina and Martha. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 65 on May 24th, 1930 in , , Texas.-
