John Chapman 
John was born on January 18th, 1740 in Orange County, VA. John's father was Isaac Chapman and his mother was Sarah Cole. His paternal grandparents were John Chapman and Margaret Mankin. He had two brothers and a sister, named Isaac, Richard and Jemima. He died at the age of 73 on December 18th, 1813 in Giles County, Virginia.-
