John Cavin 
John was born in 1846 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. John's father was John Cavin and his mother was Lucinda Hundley. His paternal grandfather was Cavin; his maternal grandparents were Jordan Hundley and Elizabeth. He had a brother and three sisters, named Eli, Margaret, Nancy and Mary. He was the second youngest of the five children.
