Barbara Bloomer

Barbara was born in 1875 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee. Barbara's father was Thomas Bloomer and her mother was Martha Klepper. Her paternal grandparents were Christian Bloomer and Elizabeth Mitchell. She had a brother and two sisters, named James, Mary and Ivory. She was the second oldest of the four children.
