Sarah Barr 
Sarah was born about 1862 in , Effingham, Illinois. Sarah's father was William S. Barr and her mother was Susan. She had five brothers and a sister, named George, John, Jesse, Daniel, William and Margaret. She was the youngest of the seven children.
