Elizabeth Ellen Barnes 
Elizabeth Ellen was born on March 26th, 1845 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Elizabeth Ellen's father was William Barnes and her mother was Rebecca Cross. Her paternal grandparents were John Barnes and Catherine Stokes; her maternal grandparents were Elijah Cross and Catherine Cook. She had four brothers and five sisters, named John Thomas, Elijah Cross, William E., Frederick C., Catherine, Louvina, Rebecca, Saraphina and Susanna. She died at the age of 71 on April 5th, 1916.-
