Charlotte Barger 
Charlotte was born on February 16th, 1819 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. Charlotte's father was John Barger and her mother was Anna Hickman. She had five brothers and three sisters, named James H., Jacob, Frederick William G., John, George Washington, Nancy, Mary and Margaret. She died at the age of 72 on May 16th, 1891.
