Benjamin WILSON 
Benjamin was born on October 1st, 1694 in Perquimans, Perquimans Co., Nc. Benjamin's father was Isaac WILSON and his mother was Ann THIGPEN . His paternal grandparents were Robert WILSON and Ann BLOUNT. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert , Isaac and Ann . He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 80 in 1774 in NC.General Notes
