Ann was born about 1748 in Bertie Co., NC. Ann 's father was William II WESTON and her mother was Sarah LUTEN. Her paternal grandparents were William WESTON and Catherine BLANCHARD; her maternal grandparents were Thomas LUTEN and Constance HOSKINS. She had five brothers and three sisters, named James, William , Malachi, Frances, Robert H, Grace, Cathron and Sarah. She was the second oldest of the nine children.General Notes
