Cy T. was born in 1870 in Jefferson, Ouachita Co., AR . Cy T.'s father was Harmon Ephraim ROGERS and his mother was Frances "Fannie" Elizabeth RHEA. His paternal grandparents were John Ramsey ROGERS and Sarah M. GOTT ; his maternal grandparents were Hiram RHEA and Hannah HELMS. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John Franklin, Joseph Porter, Andrew A., Marcus Ephraim , Mae Della and Mae Della. He was the second oldest of the seven children.-
