"Son" was born on June 27th, 1891 in AR. "Son"'s father was Samuel W. RIGGAN and his mother was Cornelia PHILLIPS. His paternal grandparents were Edward Durham RIGGAN and Sarah W. "Sally" HARRIS. He had six brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named John Franklin, Archer D., Erma , Houston, Jewell Noman "Dumas", Homer H. , Felicia, Parthena, Reamey C., Cornelius "Cora", Ora and Infant . He was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 1 on July 5th, 1892 in AR.General Notes
