NETTLES and Catherine Elizabeth CUSACK . She had five brothers and seven sisters, named Stephen , Malachi ., Benjamin, Zachariah, William Joseph Jr. , Sarah , Lucy , Elizabeth "Elisa", Rebecca , Susan , Jane and Ester. She was the fifth youngest of the thirteen children.-
