Roxie Esther was born on June 30th, 1896 in KS. Roxie Esther's father was James Hannibal BURTON and her mother was Julia Etta LUCAS. Her paternal grandparents were William James BURTON and Mary Jane KENNEDY ; her maternal grandparents were Noah Webster LUCAS and Emeline MURPHY. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Clide , Mark Cliford , Harvey Lee, Blanche Lodema and Iva Lois. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 70 on March 15th, 1967 in Edinburg, Hidalgo Co., TX.General Notes
