Rhoda Bell was born on June 12th, 1852. Rhoda Bell 's father was Elijah Holderman BLAND and her mother was Corrilla WILLET. Her paternal grandparents were William BLAND and Sarah (Sally) PEAK. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Stiles Preston, William M. , George Griffith, Joseph Elijah, Annie Corrilla and Mattie Margaret. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.-
