Patience was born about 1702 in Prince William Co,Va . Patience's father was James BLAND and her mother was Margaret UNKNOWN. Her paternal grandparents were George BLAND and Grace UNKNOWN. She had five brothers and three sisters, named William *, James , John , Robert , Arthur, Alice, Ellen and Hannah. She was the second youngest of the nine children.-
