Theodoe was born in 1879 in KY. Theodoe's father was James ANDERSON and his mother was Sarah J. WAGGONER. His paternal grandparents were John Watson ANDERSON and Sarah "Sallie" DARNELL; his maternal grandparents were John WAGGONER and Rebecca NELSON. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John Watson, James, Jacob, Adda, Rebecca G. , Magie and Mattie. He was the youngest of the eight children.-
