Thomas Phelps 
Thomas was born on October 10th, 1563. Thomas' father was James Phelps and his mother was Joan Mills. His paternal grandparents were Richard Phelps and Mary Tomes. He had six brothers and a sister, named William, George, Edward, Kenelm, Richard, Robert and Alice. He was the second oldest of the eight children.-
