Richard (Dickey) Perry was born on January 17th, 1794. Richard (Dickey) Perry's father was Richard (Ned) Parrish and his mother was Polly Mary Criss. His paternal grandparents were Edward Parrish and Rachel Ann Evans; his maternal grandparents were Michael Criss and Christine Unknown. He had a brother and two sisters, named Edward, Catherine and Christiana. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 94 on October 17th, 1888 in Harrison Co, WV.General Notes
