Thomas Ogden 
Thomas was born on September 30th, 1775 in Port Tobacco, Charles Co, MD. Thomas' father was Jonathan Ogden and his mother was Nancy Ann Howell. His paternal grandparents were John Ogden and Mary Osborn; his maternal grandparents were Paul Howell and Mary Lanum. He had three brothers and six sisters, named William Rhodey, Samuel, Nathan, Tabitha, Mary, Sarah, Susanna, Nancy Ann and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 54 on April 13th, 1830.General Notes
Moved to Enterprise, (W)VA with his parents and lived on the easten bank of the West Fork River below Enterprise. He was a successful trader and accumulated considerble real and personal property.
