Jacob Haught 
Jacob was born in 1767 in Springfield Twp, Fayette Co, PA. Jacob's father was Peter B. Haught (Sr.) and his mother was Anna Barbara Hiel. His paternal grandfather was Johannes Haut. He had five brothers and a sister, named Henry, Peter Jr., Tobias, George, John E. and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the seven children.
