Pleasey C. was born in 1833. Pleasey C.'s father was Daniel Fluharty and her mother was Mary (Mollie) Haught. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Fluharty and Elizabeth Randel; her maternal grandparents were Jacob Henry (Big Jacob) Haught and Mary Magdalena Cannon. She had five brothers and six sisters, named Adam, Edmund, Jeremiah, Thomas Haymond, Morgan, Cassander, Matilda Jane, Susannah, Anna, Margaret (Peggy) Catherine and Mary Ann. She was the third youngest of the twelve children.-
