Olaf Sihtricson of Dublin

Olaf Sihtricson's father was Sihtric Silkbeard Olafsson KIng of Dublin and his mother was Slani ingen Briain O'Brien.  His paternal grandmother was Gormflaeth ingen Murchada of Naas MacFinn; his maternal grandfather was Brian Bóruma macCennétig King of Munster.  He was an only child.  He died in 1034.  He was buried in 1034 in Prob. the Olaf of Dublin slain by "Saxons" while en route to Rome on pilgrimage..^1 1
