Millicent was born in 1212 in of Chacombe, Northamptonshire, England.1   Millicent's father was Sir Roger (Robert) de Chaucombe and her mother was Julia (de Chaucombe).  Her paternal grandparents were Hugh de Chaucombe and Hodierne (de Chaucombe). She had a sister named Annabilia.  She was the younger of the two children.
