William E Welk

William E was born on October 12th, 1892.¹   William E's father was ? Welk and his mother was Cynthia Granny ?. He had two brothers named Benjimin Franklin and J S.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 72 on November 12th, 1964.¹
