Frances Washington 
Frances was born on April 30th, 1775 in Clifton, Clark Co, VA.1 Frances' father was Warner II Washington and her mother was Mary Whiting. Her maternal grandparents were Francis Whiting and Frances Perrin. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Warner III, John Whiting, Francis Whiting, Henry, Perrin, Sydney, Emily and Beverly. She died at the age of 35 in 1810 in Clark Co, VA.1 General Notes
