Thomas L O'Steen

Thomas L was born about 1843 in Arkansas.¹   Thomas L's father was John O'Steen and his mother was Amanda Bolls. He had a brother and two sisters, named William Lewis, Susan and Mary.  He was the youngest of the four children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named John Jack, Martin, Elijah, Samuel and Lucinda.
