Apphia Bushrod 
Apphia was born about 1694 in Westmoreland, Virginia.1 Apphia's father was John Bushrod and her mother was Hannah Keene. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Bushrod and Apphia Hughes; her maternal grandparents were William Keene and Elizabeth Rogers. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Richard, John, Elizabeth, Sarah and Hannah. She was the oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother named Isaac. She died on November 15th, 1757 in Richmond Co. Va..1 General Notes
