William de Montague Baron Montague

William de Montague was born in 1275 in of Cassington, Oxfordshire, England.¹   William de Montague's father was Simon de Montague Baron Montague and his mother was Aufricia de Connacht of Man.  His paternal grandparents were William de Montague and Beota (de Montacute); his maternal grandfather was Fergus of Man.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 44 on October 18th, 1319.  He was buried in 2nd Baron..^1 1
